Benefits at a Glance


Vacation - Prorated your first year full time staff, no vacation until completion of 6 months of service. See Personnel Policy manual for schedule.

Holiday's - Paid during probation for full time staff- Ten (10) holidays year period. (Listed in Personnel Policies)

Sick Days- Twelve (12) days per fiscal year for full time staff- prorated first year based on your start date for full time staff.

Personal Days - Three (3) per fiscal year * - prorated first year based on your start date for full time staff.

Retirement Plan - Our 403 B plan is available to new hires who work at least 1000 hours per year. Staff must enroll within their first 30 days of employment. Thereafter open enrollments are conducted in June and December for an effective date of July and January.

Tuition Refund - Available after one (1) year of service full time. See personnel policies for details.

Sick Day Bank - All full time staff are eligible for enrollment after 90 days of employment. Review in personnel policy manuel.

Wayne Teachers Federal Credit Union - All staff members are eligible.

Insurance - Medical, Life, Dental, and Vision insurances are offered to all full time staff who meet eligibilty requirements. Additional insurance programs are offered through AFLAC at the staff members expense.

Employee's Child Sick Room- No charge, available Monday- Friday 7:30 am- 4:00 pm. (Richmond Only)

Membership to MedFit - Full and part time staff are eligible for this program. Medfit has facilities in Richmond and Connersville available for any staff member.
