- Pick-up and delivery responsibility
- Frequency of pick-up and delivery
- How raw materials are to be packaged: both for delivery to Achieva in raw form or for shipment as finished by Achieva.
- Specific processes required to complete contract.
- Tools and equipment needed to complete contract by Achieva and your business.
- Cycle time for equipment/machinery to be used.

- Required QC standards/procedures to complete contract.
